A comprehensive tailored report written by a Profusion psychologist, used to evaluate and screen candidates, and assist in making the final selection decision. The report helps identify applicants whose personal characteristics correspond with the demands of the work required, and can provide further information used for targeted referee and candidate interviewing.
Interpretive Report Package
A package of three system-generated reports, which evaluate a person’s occupational strengths, shortcomings, core values and potential career “derailers”. The reports may be used to evaluate and screen candidates, and assist in making a final selection decision.
BASIS Employment Assessment Report
This report assesses the candidate’s capabilities for the role and determines the candidate’s potential organisational fit.
Standard Abilities Assessment
