Meet the Team

Adam commenced his recruitment career in Sydney in the early 2000’s with a large global recruitment business. He 2013 he moved to London to build and lead recruitment teams in new industry markets, with a focus on accountancy and finance. He moved back to Sydney in 2016, and has since held leadership roles in start-up, scale-up and enterprise businesses establishing and running talent platforms, executive search, career coaching and talent advisory.

In 2022, Adam joined the portfolio operations team of a leading private equity firm, Armitage Associates, as Talent Operating Partner. Adam spent the next 3 years working alongside deal teams, operating partners, founders, boards and investors; leading executive talent, recruitment workstreams, team build outs, succession and leadership upgrade and transition programs across multiple portfolio companies as a core value creation lever.

Adam helps clients identify and secure leaders who can deliver against their business strategy. He works closely with investors, boards, founders and management teams to understand the commercial context behind each appointment, access hard-to-reach talent and reduce the risks associated with critical hiring decisions. His experience enables him to support clients through growth, transformation, management transitions, professionalisation and exit readiness.

Adam has a Diploma of Business Administration from TAFE. He joined Profusion in July 2026 and is based in Sydney.

Fun fact about Adam: Adam is a part-owner of his family’s brewery, Sunday Road Brewing, and when he is not working he loves spending time with his wife, their 3 kids, and the family Groodle Chippy.
