Meet the Team

Originally from Wales in the United Kingdom, Amie commenced her professional life in 2011, joining global recruitment group, Sanderson. During her time with Sanderson Amie worked in Bristol, Cardiff, and London. She made her move into leadership in 2013 when she was tasked with building out Sanderson’s Welsh business. By early 2020 Amie was heading up the group’s international business across Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong and relocated to Sydney in 2022. Specialising in Business Transformation, Project Services, and Technology recruitment within Financial Services Amie has recruited extensively across the broader APAC market.

 

Amie joined Profusion in 2025. She is a member of our Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for all Projects, Transformation, Change Management and Technology recruitment teams nationally.

 

Amie has a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Swansea University & is based out of our Sydney office.

 

Fun Fact About Amie: She has won every office fantasy rugby (Union) competition she’s ever entered… & there’s been a lot!
