Meet the Team

Following a successful career in Financial Planning , Clinton made the move from Brisbane to London in 2004. Looking for a new challenge, he joined the global recruitment group Hays, leading its Actuarial Solutions business. Based in London until late 2024, Clinton has worked with market leaders in Insurance recruitment and executive search, Hanover, and Darwin Rhodes where he partnered with clients across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, the United States and Asia.

Clinton returned to Australia in 2025 and joined Profusion in mid-2025. He recruits for Actuarial, Valuations, Pricing, Product and Underwriting across the Insurance market nationally. He is based out of our Brisbane office.

Clinton holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Fun Fact About Clinton: He’s an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter (and finally got to celebrate a trophy!) and still passionately believes the Wallabies will rise again.
