Meet the Team

Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, Harriet began her recruitment career in 2019 as a Candidate Manager with Robert Walters in its Business Transformation, Change & Project Delivery team. After four successful years, including multiple promotions, Harriet made the decision to relocate to London. During her two years in the United Kingdom with Goodman Masson, Harriet specialised in recruiting projects, change, and business transformation within the commerce and industry sectors.

Harriet joined Profusion in 2025. She recruits projects, change, and transformation roles, and works across all of our market sectors

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Massey University in Wellington. Harriet is based in our Sydney office.
