Meet the Team

Upon graduation, Jesse commenced his career in Retail Banking with Bank of Queensland working across a range of sales and operational roles, including teller, personal lending and home loan processing. In 2022 he took a belated “gap year” spending six months travelling across Europe.

Returning home to Queensland in 2023, Jesse made the decision to move into Recruitment. Leveraging off his experience in the Banking sector he began to build a successful career and a strong panel of clients across Corporate and Institutional banks, as well as the Non-Bank Lenders throughout Queensland.

Jesse joined Profusion in 2025 and specialises in Banking, Lending and Credit across the Bank and Non-Bank sectors.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance, from Queensland University of Technology. He is based out of our Brisbane office.
