Meet the Team

After completing her Higher National Diploma in Business, Jodie spent several years working in private equity, and commercial real estate in London, before moving to Dubai for six years. While in Dubai she worked with the local regulators, DFSA as well as Barclays Bank.

In 2013 Jodie relocated to Australia, joining Macquarie Capital working in operational and business support roles. In 2021 she moved into the internal Talent team, undertaking her first recruitment role. In 2022 Jodie joined Allura Partners in Sydney, where she spent the next three years placing roles in change and transformation. Jodie joined Profusion in 2025.

Jodie recruits projects, change and transformation roles. She works across all of our market sectors. 

She has a Higher National Diploma in Business from Brighton School of Business. Jodie is based in our Sydney office.
