Meet the Team

Upon graduation, Joe joined the global recruitment specialist, Networkers International working out of its London office. It was here that Joe kicked off his recruitment career, working in the Financial Services team, building a broad industry knowledge base before moving to specialise in technology recruitment (with a strong focus on Salesforce recruitment). In 2016 Joe took a year off to travel the world. He landed in Australia with a 417 working holiday visa and quickly picked up a role in Technology recruitment. He liked Sydney and Australia so much he decided to stay. Joe joined Profusion in 2025 after five years with Opus Recruitment Solutions leading recruitment Technology teams and specialising in Cyber Security.

 

Joe specialises in Technology, with a specific focus on Cyber Security. With over seven years’ experience in Cyber recruitment, he brings an exceptional level of skill to the portfolio.

 

He has a Bachelor of Arts (Sports & Business Management) from the Manchester Metropolitan University. Joe is based out of our Sydney office.

 

Fun Fact About Joe: He loves English football and is a Millwall F.C. supporter.
