Meet the Team

Josh commenced his professional life as a high school teacher and university lecturer before moving into recruitment in 2015. He has over 10 years of recruitment experience, placing permanent and contact roles across all technology verticals. He joined Profusion in November 2025.

In 2017, Josh founded the Sydney Infrastructure Coders Meetup, a technology-based community group with over 1000+ members, which he continues to run today.

Josh recruits’ technology roles with a specific focus on software development. He works across all our market sectors.

He has a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Teaching from Western Sydney University. Josh is based out of our Sydney office. 

Fun Fact About Josh: he has appeared as a contestant on the television program, The Chase Australia.
