Meet the Team

Kurt commenced his recruitment career in mid-2021 after a successful career as a professional athlete. Kurt joined Profusion in March 2025 after three years with Allura Partners.

 

Kurt has been a Director of Move For Men for the past five years. Move For Men is a grassroots not-for-profit aiming to support men's health and wellbeing via walking groups and community-based events. Move for Men aims to be a source of support, connection, and mateship for all men, fathers, brothers, sons, and daughters in the local community. Prior to his move into recruitment, he played professional rugby league with the Cronulla Sharks, South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Parramatta Eels.

 

Kurt recruits’ technology roles with a specific focus on all forms of QA and Testing. He works across all of our market sectors.

 

He has a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. He is based out of our Sydney office.

 

Fun fact about Kurt: He spent time playing rugby league in the South of France.
