Meet the Team

Luke started his recruitment career at Robert Walters in 2021, where he spent three years recruiting front office roles across investment & wealth management. He moved to London in 2024, joining Pearse Partners, a front office search firm, where he focused on Investor Relations & Distribution mandates across the United Kingdom and Europe. Luke returned to Australia in late 2025 and joined Profusion in early 2026.

 

Luke recruits Distribution & Investments roles across Public & Private Markets.

 

He has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. Luke is based out of our Sydney office.
