Meet the Team

Following a successful career in hospitality Pat made the career transition to recruitment in 2022, joining Robert Walters in its corporate and commercial banking team. Over the following two years Pat worked on frontline credit, credit risk with a coverage spanning SME , commercial & business banking, emerging corporate, corporate, and institutional banking & private credit. Pat continued to hone his specialist recruitment skills, joining the boutique firm, Capital Executive Search in early 2024. Pat joined Profusion in December 2025.

Pat recruits’ role across debt, encompassing credit analysis, debt coverage, DCM, FIG/NBFI, project finance, private debt, syndication, and sponsor coverage, as well as structured and leveraged finance. Core competencies include private debt (structured finance, real estate debt, distressed debt, and fixed income), and banking (project finance and private capital).

He has a Bachelor of International Business (Trade & Commerce) from the University of Adelaide. Pat is based out of our Sydney office.

Fun Fact About Pat: Pat is a country person at heart and will spend spare moment on the family farm at Wombat, southwest of Young.
