Meet the Team

After graduating with an Honors degree in Sports Biology and Psychology in 2012, Robin commenced his career in recruitment with Opus Recruitment Solutions in the English city of Bristol. Quickly rising through the ranks, Robin reached the role of Permanent Recruitment Division Manger before being transferred to Opus Talent Solutions in Hong Kong in early 2018. After two years building the Hong Kong business he was transferred to the Sydney office where he spent the next five years leading the NSW permanent recruitment team.

Robin has extensive experience in technology recruitment having paced roles in DevOps and Infrastructure since 2012. He has been leading teams since 2015, placing roles in a wide range of verticals including Infrastructure, DevOps, QA & Testing, .Net, PHP & Java Development, Big Data, BI, as well as senior appointments in Projects, Transformation and Product.

He joined Profusion in May 2025 to lead our Technology business in New South Wales, based out our Sydney office. Robin is also a member of our extended leadership team.

Fun Fact About Robin: he is a huge rugby fan, and an ardent supporter of the British Lions.
