Meet the Team

Originally from Ireland, Shauna moved to Australia in 2018. After studying Tourism, Shauna worked in the Hospitality industry for several years, combining her love of travel with professional opportunities to work overseas. In 2020 she made the decision to transition into recruitment.

Shauna has been placing roles in the Wealth Management sector since 2022.At Profusion she recruits all roles within Advice & Guidance, and Training & Education.

Shauna has a Bachelor of Arts from the Technological Institute Dublin (previously known as the Institute of Technology Tallaght), and a Diploma (Leadership & Management) from ILSC Education Group. She joined Profusion in 2025 and is based out of our Melbourne office.
