Meet the Team

Tegan is currently a Year 11 student at St Leo's Catholic College Wahroonga, where she is undertaking a School-Based Traineeship (SBAT). By the time Tegan graduates from year 12, she will have completed a Certificate III in Business Services. As part of the SBAT, Tegan spends a day a week working with our Sydney team, where she is gaining valuable hands-on experience working on day-to- day recruitment activity.

 

As part of the Profusion team, Tegan is developing key skills in communication, organisation, and workplace professionalism by contributing to real business projects and collaborating with experienced professionals. Balancing her senior studies alongside her role at Profusion is helping Tegan build a strong foundation for her future career while learning in a supportive and dynamic environment.

 

Fun Fact About Tegan: She holds a scuba diving licence, and has even scuba dived with sharks!
