Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you’ll support strategic decision-making through actuarial analysis, forecasting, and campaign modelling.
- Conduct portfolio analysis across customer, account, and entity levels
- Forecast collections, cost of collections, and net returns
- Support pricing, risk, and operational strategy
- Develop monitoring tools and predictive models
- Optimise treatment strategies and campaign performance
- Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders
- 2+ years’ experience in a commercial analytics role
- SAS (Base & Macro) and/or SQL programming skills
- Strong Excel skills for portfolio analysis and visualisation
- Knowledge of regression, survival analysis, credit scoring, and time series forecasting
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Quant Finance or Actuarial Studies
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and accountability
