A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Adviser Services Officer to join a growing Brisbane-based financial services business supporting financial advisers and their support teams across a busy platform environment. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, managing competing priorities, and delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced setting.
Working closely with internal teams and external administration partners, you will own adviser queries end-to-end, help resolve issues efficiently, and support the wider adviser services function. This is a hands-on, client-facing operational role where accuracy, communication, and relationship management are essential.
The Role
- Manage adviser queries from initial contact through to resolution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external administrators to progress outcomes.
- Support adviser onboarding, platform training, and service-related requests.
- Use systems and reporting tools to track issues, update records, and monitor outcomes.
- Assist with continuous improvement and team projects as needed.
- Experience in financial planning, platform operations, superannuation, or adviser support.
- Strong technology skills, with confidence using Salesforce and Excel.
- Highly organised, proactive, & able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills & a professional, approachable manner.
- A team player with a positive attitude & a genuine client-first mindset.

- Salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 inclusive of super, depending on experience and qualifications.
