Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technology, innovation and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to develop AI solutions, support Copilot adoption and identify opportunities to improve productivity through Microsoft's growing AI ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Partner with business teams to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases
- Support Copilot adoption through training, enablement and user guidance
- Build AI-powered workflows leveraging Microsoft Power Platform
- Explore new Microsoft AI capabilities and contribute to innovation initiatives
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar automation tools
- Understanding of AI, machine learning or modern productivity technologies
- Experience building or supporting digital solutions and workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
- Experience creating documentation, training resources or user guidance
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and administration
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure AI or GenAI technologies will be highly regarded
