About the Role
We’re looking for a hands on Engineering Manager who can lead talented engineers building AI systems that actually make it to production.
You’ll shape the AI platform, guide technical direction, and roll out solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience across the organisation.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing AI engineering team
- Architect and run AI infrastructure (Python, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform)
- Deliver end‑to‑end AI features: discovery > design > build > deploy
- Integrate AI components into real products and platforms
- Build workflows using emerging tools like Langflow, Bedrock and agent frameworks
- Partner with SRE/Platform to keep systems scalable, resilient, and fast
- Drive a roadmap that balances innovation with strong engineering foundations
- Build a team of innovative AI Engineers
- At least 2+ years leading engineers and 1+ years in AI
- Strong Python and cloud engineering experience (AWS prefered)
- Hands‑on background shipping AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents, orchestration)
- Background in or strong understanding of Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Comfortable designing systems from scratch and owning outcomes
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams
- Bonus: Working knowledge of ML concepts
You’ll shape the internal AI platform, build scalable systems on modern infrastructure, and lead and grow a team that’s empowered to experiment, move fast, and deliver.
