Role Overview
Positions are available across Analyst, Senior Analyst, Manager, Associate Director and Director levels. You’ll contribute to and lead transaction execution, financial modelling and client engagement depending on seniority.
Key Responsibilities
- Build financial models and undertake valuation work
- Prepare reports, presentations and transaction materials
- Conduct financial, industry and market analysis
- Support and lead due diligence engagements
- Manage workstreams and coordinate stakeholders
- Develop client relationships and handle key discussions
- Mentor junior team members (Manager level and above)
- Drive business development (Director level)
- Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services or related fields
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial judgement and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Leadership experience for senior levels
- CA, CFA or similar qualification (or progression towards)
- Clear advancement from Analyst to Director
- Exposure to diverse transactions and advisory projects
- Technical training and senior mentorship
