Role Overview
You will manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy across all accounting processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Prepare BAS and assist with payroll processing
- Support month-end and year-end reporting
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Australian tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
