Step into a role within a high-performing, Brisbane-based financial planning firm that’s been operating for over 30 years, recently strengthened through strategic mergers. The team is committed to personalised, ethical, and client-focused financial planning
You'll collaborate closely with experienced Senior Advisers to support clients across all stages—from discovery and strategy through to implementation and ongoing service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing review packs, advice briefs, financial models, and risk assessments
- Assisting Senior Advisers with document preparation and client communications
- Conducting research and contributing to tailored, holistic plans
- Ensuring compliance and procedural standards are consistently met
- Progressing your Professional Year, exam, and required qualifications
- Fully mentored Professional Year progression, with flexible working arrangements
- Exposure to broad advice areas: superannuation, investment strategy, lending, tax, estate planning, aged care and more
- Structured training, peer learning and opportunities for career progression in a well-resourced Brisbane office
- Salary package of $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonus Potential
You’re driven to help clients achieve financial clarity and long-term outcomes, and bring:
- Progress toward (or completion of) your Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning or Undergraduate Degree
- Strong analytical, timeāmanagement, and communication skills
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- A proactive growth mindset and readiness to step into a professional advice role
