What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Adviser, you’ll work closely with experienced Senior Advisers, contributing to every aspect of the advice process from preparation to implementation. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing review packs, advice briefs, and documentation for client appointments
- Managing client relationships alongside Senior Advisers to ensure advice is implemented accurately
- Conducting research, financial projections, and risk profiling
- Contributing to team culture while staying aligned with compliance and industry standards
- Working toward the completion of your Professional Year, the Financial Adviser Exam, and necessary educational milestones

You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes and building a long-term career in financial planning. To succeed, you will bring:
- Progressing toward or completion of your Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (if needed)
- Strong technical knowledge across financial advice
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and desire to grow professionally
