Role Overview
As Associate, Client Service, you’ll play a key role in managing the operational client experience. This position combines client service with financial expertise, ensuring seamless delivery of reporting and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely capital call and distribution notices
- Prepare and manage client, management, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams on operational queries and data accuracy
- Monitor team inbox and schedules for timely service delivery
- Perform quality checks on reporting deliverables
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Support projects and initiatives across the business
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services or asset management
- Strong background in client service or investor relations
- Knowledge of fund accounting and performance analytics
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, or related field
