Role Overview
As Associate Director, you’ll oversee multiple deal workstreams, manage client relationships and guide teams through transaction execution and commercial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagements across M&A, financial due diligence and strategic advisory
- Oversee valuation modelling and analytical work
- Review reports, presentations and client deliverables
- Manage workflows and stakeholder coordination
- Drive client discussions and present key findings
- Mentor and manage junior staff
- Support business development and proposal work
- Significant experience in Deals, Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience leading engagements and managing stakeholders
- Commercial judgement and ability to simplify complex issues
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
- Ability to manage teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Senior visibility and client ownership
- Exposure to diverse, high‑value transactions
- Clear progression into Director
