We’re seeking an Associate / Paraplanner to join the team. You’ll work closely with the firm’s advisers, actively contributing to client strategy and playing a hands on role in advice delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisers on strategy design and client outcomes
- Attend and contribute to client meetings and reviews
- Prepare high-quality advice documents and implementation plans
- Provide technical support across complex wealth, superannuation, and structuring strategies
- Participate in investment discussions
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical mindset
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a paraplanning or associate capacity
- Progressing towards or holding relevant financial planning qualifications
- Genuine interest in holistic, client focused advice
- Comfortable in a boutique, collaborative setting where initiative is valued
- Exposure to sophisticated HNW clients and complex strategies
