Role Overview
As an Associate Private Banker, you will support the management of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients alongside a Senior Private Banker. You will play a key role in delivering personalised banking solutions across lending, deposits, and investments while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Support management of HNW client portfolios across lending, deposits and investment solutions
- Assist in driving revenue growth, margin optimisation and funds under management outcomes
- Manage day-to-day client banking needs and provide proactive, responsive support
- Identify opportunities for specialist referrals to enhance client outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external referral networks
- Support deal origination across lending and investment opportunities
- Ensure all activities align with risk, compliance and governance frameworks
Skills & Experience
- Experience in banking across lending, investments or cash management
- Strong understanding of credit, risk and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage client requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and collaboration capability
- Proactive and adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement
