Our client is a leading financial services organisation undertaking significant transformation initiatives to drive efficiency, growth, and improved business outcomes.
They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale, multi-year transformation program. This role operates within a complex delivery environment where data, process, and regulatory outcomes are critical.
Role Overview
This role sits within a central transformation function and involves detailed business analysis and requirements elicitation across complex initiatives.
Core Duties
- Support the achievement of organisational strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business products, processes, policies, information, data, and systems
- Define and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure business needs are met
- Provide informed recommendations for business solutions that enable effective change
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex project environments
- Experience with deposit products (transaction, savings, term deposits – consumer and/or business)
- Experience within a large financial services or banking environment highly regarded
- Exposure to core banking systems desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and plan ahead
- Logical and methodical problem-solver with a practical approach to solution design
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, alongside strong collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of project management disciplines and their application across delivery environments
- Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
