Role Overview:
You will specialise within the SME segment of up to $3 million and be based in the key business centre/s in the south eastern region and district of Melbourne working alongside like minded and experienced bankers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers with business and commercial lending needs up to $5 million
- Utilise your local network and engage with the community to grow and develop your portfolio
- Provide a holistic approach to understanding your customers' needs and come up with solutions in their best interest
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products and services
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in Business Lending, ideally in the $3-5 million range;
- An established network of referral partners and centres of influence in your local community;
- Knowledge of all small to medium enterprise loan and deposit products, in addition to all other products and services; and
- A love of building long term business relationships and business development.
