A well-established and respected investment solutions provider is expanding its national distribution capability. Known for delivering high-quality outcomes across platform, wholesale, and institutional channels, the firm partners with leading global managers to bring differentiated investment strategies to Australian investors.

As the business continues to grow, it is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join its Sydney-based team.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to step into a high-impact role supporting the national distribution team. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders, platform partners, and investment managers to drive business development activity, manage reporting, and support client engagement across key channels.
This role suits someone early in their distribution career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of projects and grow with the business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the distribution team with sales enablement, lead generation, and client retention
  • Prepare competitor and sector analysis to inform sales strategy
  • Manage CRM data, pipeline tracking, and platform reporting
  • Coordinate investment manager updates and distribution reports
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and roadshows
  • Attend and support client events, conferences, and investment updates
  • Conduct market research and feed insights back into the team
  • Assist with client communications and internal reporting
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in funds management, platform distribution, private wealth or financial services
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial acumen and interest in investment markets
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for learning and growth
