The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially-minded Business Development Associate based in Sydney to support and drive distribution efforts nationally. This role will form part of a tight-knit team and report to the Head of Distribution, working across key wholesale and private wealth channels.

What You’ll Do
- Support the team to grow relationships across private banks, family offices, brokers, and IFAs nationally
- Assist with meeting preparation, investor communications, and sales enablement
- Partner closely with senior sales team to coordinate and execute roadshows, meetings and product messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM data and help track sales activity, pipeline, and flow
- Represent a respected investment business and learn directly from experienced senior leaders
- 1–3 years’ experience within funds management, platform distribution or private wealth
- A commercial, self-starting mindset and confidence engaging with clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with a lean, high-performing team
- A detail-oriented, proactive approach to client service and sales process
- RG146 preferred or willingness to obtain
