The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, sales focused, confident, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support the business development strategy.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring that we understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Assist in the development and presentation of sales proposals, presentations, and other collateral to prospective clients and bdms.
- Work closely with senior business development and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company's network and promote brand awareness.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role in financial services/investment/asset management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead-generation tools is a plus.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for driving growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
