The Business Development Manager (Desk-based) you will play a key role in managing broker portfolios, boosting engagement, and driving new business.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of brokers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Educate brokers on products, policies, and processes.
- Discuss loan scenarios and provide structuring guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive broker activation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver a seamless experience.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within financial services or lending.
- Excellent communication skills- confident, clear, and engaging.
- Resilience and persistence - you’re proactive and solutions-focused.
- A self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- Passion for building authentic broker relationships.
