Business Development Managers wanted to join a high growth fintech transforming property finance.
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding a network of mortgage brokers and aggregator partners.
This role is pivotal in building long-term partnerships, collaborating with aggregator partners, and providing expert guidance on loan structures to ensure clients receive exceptional service.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers.
- Foster trust and long-term engagement across the broker network.
- Collaborate with aggregator partners to maximise opportunities and align on shared goals.
- Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to brokers, helping them navigate complex deals.
- Represent the business at broker and aggregator functions to expand reach and visibility.
- Achieve settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and broker satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the broker experience.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- 6+ year's experience in residential lending within non-bank or private credit (BDM or Broker)
- Strong track record in the broker channels and aggregators
- Deep understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
- Ability to build and nurture meaningful partnerships with brokers and aggregators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, confident in group presentations.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
