As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain broker and aggregator relationships
- Drive commercial product education, deals, and new business
- Present, structure, and negotiate deals through to completion
- Support sales team leadership and planning
- Meet annual targets
- Represent the company at events and PR activities
To be successful in this role, you will:
- An appetite for new business development
- Background in commercial finance, credit or asset finance
- Commercial acumen with sound understanding of credit and deal structuring
- Confidence in dealing with professionals and industry groups
- A proactive approach and strong team ethic
