A leading financial services provider, under the umbrella of a prominent wealth management group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate new business growth and adviser engagement across Queensland. This key role supports a comprehensive wealth platform designed to meet the needs of a wide adviser audience, providing access to a broad array of investment options along with streamlined administration.
A distinctive feature of the platform is its integration with innovative retirement income solutions, including managed accounts and lifetime income products that help advisers deliver certainty and flexibility for clients transitioning to and in retirement. These well-regarded retirement solutions empower advisers to offer meaningful, client-centric outcomes in a shifting regulatory and market environment.
In this role, you will:
- Build and manage trusted relationships with financial advisers and licensees, driving strategic sales initiatives
- Promote platform solutions, including retirement-focused products, to help advisers meet evolving client needs
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver tailored product and market insights that enhance adviser productivity and client outcomes
About You
You will come from a strong platform or asset management sales background, demonstrate expertise in financial advice or platform solutions, and possess excellent communication skills combined with a proactive, relationship-oriented approach. Remuneration for the role is between $180,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
