The Role
As a Supervisor / Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of your own client portfolio while working closely with senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing some and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Managing direct client relationships and providing advisory support
- Overseeing workflow and reviewing work of team members
- Supporting team leadership and mentoring staff members
Successful Applicant
- 5+ years Australian public practice experience
- CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion
- Strong technical skills across tax and compliance
- Confident managing client relationships independently
- Experience with workflow management and mentoring or leadership responsibilities
