The role will suit someone with specialist alternative funds knowledge who is looking for a senior level role where they will lead operational capabilities, managing a growing team, with oversight of external suppliers and exposure to clients. You will need to be both strategic and tactical with a broad knowledge in Private Markets or Hedge Funds, including familiarity with valuation complexities, illiquid assets, as well as international private client suitable fund structures (EEA / Cayman and Australian unit trusts), portfolio / share class hedging across both closed and open-ended funds.
This role will be challenging, time consuming but hugely rewarding and will particularly suit detail oriented, passionate, and driven individuals.

- You are an experienced finance or operations professional with extensive knowledge of alternative assets, having worked in private markets and/or hedge funds
- You’re a self-starter and offer suggestions for activity that improves the product you work on
- You’ll skillfully manage the demands and expectations of stakeholders and teams across the business, presenting your work and building relationships while representing your team.
