Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management across business and technology transformations.
- Develop and execute change strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Support major transformation programmes by managing change impacts, readiness, and adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology.
- Identify change risks, dependencies, and resistance points, addressing them proactively.
- Support governance, reporting, and post-implementation transition to ensure successful delivery.
- 5+ years’ change management experience within complex business and technology environments.
- Financial services experience is essential.
- Strong HRIS/HCM exposure (e.g., Workday/Oracle) highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven capability in planning, communications, and change delivery.
