Role Overview
As Client Manager, you’ll be the key relationship lead for a portfolio of SME clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored advisory solutions that support client growth and long-term success.
- Act as primary contact for a portfolio of SME clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships and understand client goals
- Deliver strategic advice across finance, risk, and growth
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations
- Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations
- Proven experience in direct client management
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to interpret complex financial and business data
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Background in business advisory, accounting, finance, or consulting
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or accounting
- CA/CPA certification is a plus but not essential
