An established boutique wealth advisory firm is seeking a highly capable and
experienced Client Service Manager to join its dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior financial advisers and contribute directly to the delivery of tailored financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is looking to advance their career in financial services.

This boutique advisory firm specialises in comprehensive retirement planning and investment strategies for high-income professionals. The team delivers high-touch, strategic advice across investment management, superannuation, tax structuring, personal insurance, and related areas.

With a collaborative culture and flat organisational structure, team members are empowered to make meaningful contributions. The Client Service Manager will work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to complex financial strategies and high-value clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing service    delivery
• Liaise with clients, product providers, accountants, solicitors, and         superannuation funds to coordinate advice implementation
• Oversee client administration including data management, documentation,
  compliance, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with financial advisers to ensure timely and accurate execution of    advice
• Monitor service delivery standards and identify opportunities for continuous
  improvement
 
Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience in a client service role within a financial     advisory firm
• Proficiency in financial services platforms such as Xplan and Microsoft Office   Suite
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills demonstrated ability to     anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills in a dynamic environment
• Relevant qualifications in financial services, business administration, or client
  management (preferred)
