The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, managing client communication, and keeping an office running smoothly. You’ll play an important role supporting both the client service and administration functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships and deliver outstanding service
- Coordinate client review meetings and prepare relevant documentation
- Manage and update client records within the CRM system
- Assist with implementation of tasks and following up client requests
- Provide general administrative support across the office
You’re a proactive and personable administrator who takes pride in organising, communicating, and supporting a busy professional team. You may have developed your skills in financial services, accounting, legal, or another professional services environment.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Competent using CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive by nature
