Role Overview

As a Client Service Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advice team by ensuring the smooth and accurate management of client administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule client appointments and manage follow-ups
- Maintain and update client records in XPLAN
- Support the team with the implementation of advice and related documentation
