Role Overview
This is an awesome opportunity to get a start in the financial planning industry.  The business has an interest and structure that will support your development and progress in advice.   As a Client Service Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advice team by ensuring the smooth and accurate management of client administration. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule client appointments and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain and update client records in XPLAN
  • Support the team with the implementation of advice and related documentation
