You’ll be a key support within the advice team, managing day-to-day administration and playing a hands-on role in implementing advice and improving workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing client appointments
- Processing documentation and administrative tasks
- Updating client data in XPLAN
- Supporting the implementation of financial advice

- Experience in a client services role within financial advice
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability
