Role Overview
As a Client Service Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advice team, managing day-to-day administration and implementing financial advice across superannuation, insurance, investments, and SMSFs.
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Process documentation and administrative tasks
- Support implementation of financial advice
- Maintain CRM records and assist with reporting
- Liaise with advisers and clients to ensure smooth delivery

- Experience in a client services role within financial advice
