Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Process documentation and administrative tasks
- Update client data in XPLAN
- Support implementation of financial advice
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows
- Experience in a client services role within financial advice
- Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with CRM systems (XPLAN experience ideal)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
