Role Overview
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the advice team with day-to-day implementation and client service delivery. This position is based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs and offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers and leadership in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist advisers with the implementation of financial advice strategies
- Prepare and process documentation for client portfolios
- Liaise with clients and product providers to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
- Provide exceptional client service and administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Familiarity with financial planning processes and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- 1 day WFH after probation
