A leading investment solutions provider is seeking a Client Services Officer with 1-3 years of experience in client servicing to join a high-performing team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Services you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with another Client Services Officer to manage daily and periodic deliverables, resolve queries, and support process improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client queries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism
- Liaise with unit registry providers to resolve client requests
- Ensure timely completion of daily and periodic deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Product, and Distribution
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- Assist in resolving incidents and breaches with Compliance, Legal, and Operations
- Provide proactive support to the Senior Manager – Client Services
- Foster strong working relationships across the business
- Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a client servicing role.
- Strong understanding of client service processes and service providers
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
