This is a fantastic opportunity for a client service professional to take the next step in their funds management career, joining a high-performing investment team in a client-facing role supporting wholesale and institutional clients.

With a strong culture of collaboration and client focus, the team is looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented professional to help deliver exceptional service across a broad client base.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Client Services Officer based in Sydney to join a dynamic team supporting daily operations and client interactions. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Client Services, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to manage queries, deliverables, and process improvements.


What You’ll Do:
  • Manage inbound client queries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
  • Liaise with unit registry providers to resolve client requests
  • Deliver daily and periodic client service tasks within expected timeframes
  • Support internal teams including Operations, Product, and Distribution
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to resolve incidents
  • Maintain strong working relationships across the business
  • Provide proactive support to the Senior Manager – Client Services
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years+ experience in a client servicing role , ideally within funds management or financial services
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of client service processes and service provider roles
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
