Specialist – SMSF Administration & Insurance Applications
A respected and growing financial planning practice is seeking a skilled professional with strong ownership of SMSF administration and insurance processes. The position sits within a close-knit CBD team and plays a vital client-facing and administrative role, working across a variety of financial services needs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SMSF administration, establishment, and compliance
- Oversee the full process of insurance and platform applications for new and existing clients
- Accurately prepare and process documentation related to client advice, account openings, transfers, and insurance requirements
- Act as a pivotal conduit between advisers, clients, and external platform/insurance providers
- Ensure timely and compliant implementation of all advice and transactional matters
- Experience in SMSF administration and familiarity with financial planning operations
- Proven skill in handling insurance applications and related administration
- Proactive client service—managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting ongoing adviser/client relationships
- Attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and strong organisational skills
