Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure to support enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for seamless integration and deployment.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using ARM or Bicep templates.
- Manage the Windows server lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, backup, disaster recovery).
- Support and manage Microsoft SaaS services including M365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Administer Active Directory, IIS, Group Policy, and Exchange environments.
- Design and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Extensive experience managing Windows servers and Azure cloud environments in an enterprise setting.
- Deep expertise with Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure Functions, and related cloud services.
- Strong background in O365 administration (Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
- Proven success delivering end-to-end infrastructure and cloud transformation projects.
- Demonstrated incident, problem, and change management experience.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with ARM/Bicep and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud networking (firewalls, load balancers, VPNs).
